Control Room
AVS SELECT SERVICES operates a fully integrated computerized control centre and incident reporting facility which is manned 24 hours X 7 days. The systems utilizes a pin-code log specific to the site and employee which records security officer arrival and departure to client premises. In addition to this, our control centre operators undertake calls every hour to ensure the safety of lone workers — plus random safety check calls are mode to encourage staff on duty .This is backed up by emergency mobile patrollers who report back to the control centre at all times to ensure constant coverage and the ultimate levels in security. All control centre staff has at least 3 years’ experience and undergo training at our own city & Guilds training and examination centre.
Management structure
Operationally, AVS SELECT SERVICES work to a flat hierarchical structure, according to specific areas of remit and responsibility led by Managing Director, with Office staff that includes an General Manager, personnel manager, Operation Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance and Quality Manager and a Business Development and Contracts Manager. Our flat hierarchy ensures employee empowerment and encourages peer support and cohesion.

We can also help lift the burden of responsibility where registered key holders are required to respond to alarm systems and break-ins. Our networks of vetted and trained key holders are available to rapidIy respond to alarm activations. In the event of activation our key holders will attend, liaise with the police, alarm companies and repair contractors to re-secure your premises.
